At PICAVO, your satisfaction matters to us.

While package opening upon delivery is not available due to the shipping company’s policy,

you still have the right to refund or exchange your order within 2 days of receiving it.

*For Buy One, Get 25% Off the Second, returning one item cancels the offer, and the refund will be recalculated based on the regular price of the retained item.

*Orders cancelled after shipment or refused upon delivery are subject to shipping charges.

Refund & Exchange Conditions:

- Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

- Shipping fees will apply to all refund or exchange requests.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchanged product promptly.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال في بيكافو

   في بيكافو ، رضاكِ هو أولويتنا يرجى ملاحظة أن فتح الطرد عند الاستلام غير متاح وفقا لسياسة شركة الشحن

لكن يحق لكِ استرجاع أو استبدال الطلب خلال يومين من تاريخ استلام

في حالة إرجاع إحدى القطع المشتراة ضمن عرض «اشتري قطعة واحصل على خصم 25% على القطعة الثانية»، يُلغى العرض ويُعاد احتساب قيمة القطعة المحتفظ بها بالسعر الأصلي، ويتم تعديل مبلغ الاسترداد وفقًا لذلك

في حال إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه أو رفض استلامه، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الفعلية الخاصة بالطلب 

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال🔸

 يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال يومين فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب 

 يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وغير ملبوسة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي

سيتم تطبيق رسوم الشحن في جميع حالات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
